–Year in film: 1910s-1920s
–Who in bedroom: boy Laurie ~6-(22), brother(s). Sisters
–Kind of beds: single+separate beds
–Available on DVD: yes
–I own: no
–Rating: 6/10 ?
–Comment: There are 7 siblings or even 8. The main character is a boy called Laurie, ~ 6 yo at the beginning, soon after WWI, played by Stephen Grendon. Semi-autobiographical novel by Laurie Lee (*1914-1997). He has one younger brother, around 1 year younger and at least 2 older brothers. One sister died in 1915. So I think 3 more sisters (in probably another room). Pictured are obviously 2 different rooms. Pic 1 has I think 2 beds, pic 2 just one. Nice metal beds (brass ?).
Pics are set in the late 1910s or ~1920. There are 2 other actors of Laurie as teen boy and young adult. There are also 2 later movies, which also needs to be checked but probably aren’t better.
Interesting movie and bedrooms. Nice farm setting. But the boy is very young.
