A boy (Arthur Gouye) sharing a room with his younger film sister (Priscilla Frey). Metal beds.

Handsome boy but the girl is very young, even younger looking (also on my overalls blog in pink bibs rating 4).

I have to other episodes of this series (both rating 6).

Rating 3 for this only. I prefer bunk beds, wooden beds and brothers.

A Pig’s Tale (1994)

apigstaleapigstale2

Family film
Year: 1994

Country: USA
Who in bedroom: boys. Girls
Kind of beds: bunk beds + separate
Available on DVD: VHS only ?

Rating: 6/10

Comment: Nice summer camp film. Different cabins (boys and girls). I think 2 bunk beds and 2 separate beds in the messy boy’s room, pic1, also shown cleaned up. So 6 boys, probably friends, not sure if some brothers as well. Pic 2 showing a girl’s cabin with at least one bunk bed and at least 2 separate beds.

Some good and funny scenes and bullying but I have to recheck the movie at slow speed.

Also on my overalls blog, rating 3 (girls, teen boy).

Rating 5-6 for the cabins. But I guess there are better camp movies. See my other entries, currently no specific tag (use dormitory or blog search with camp instead).

Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days

diaryofawimpykiddogdays2diaryofawimpykiddogdays

Family film part 3
Year: 2012
Year in film: 1990s ?
Country: USA
Who in bedroom: Greg, Rowley ~13
Kind of beds: separate + same bed
Available on DVD: yes
I own: yes, partly TV recording
Rating: 3 /10
Rating: ***
Comment: Greg (Zachary Gordon) and his friend sharing one single and narrow bed but Greg at other direction and Rowley’s feet are near his head. Also the usual rooms like in the earlier movies (Greg now wearing shorts in bed instead of tighty whities). At the end also a view of an empty yellow scouting tent inside.

Had been aired yesterday. Rebroadcasting today. Still a funny movie and some quite good scenes at a waterpark but Greg and his older brother are much older now and not very handsome. I prefer Rowley here. Typical pranks and plot like the other movies.

Rating 3 for this only. Movie 2 has even rating 6.

2 brothers, played by James Williams and Drew Winget sharing this colorful room. Both at least shirtless and at the beginning of the movie.

I think I have seen it before but also consider buying this on DVD (nut it’s quite expensive). Although only few good bedroom scenes. The movie isn’t also not that bad and quite funny. Though the boys are quite young. Also starring some other I think 3 boys including handsome Steven Hartman.

Rating 8-9 for now. I will recheck it at slow speed the next broadcasting.

Matthew Lawrence in this bedroom. Not sure if he might have siblings (sister) but probably not and if any in a different room.

From my rare movies list of my overalls blog. There’s at least a girl in overalls. But I only have seen a short clip without her.

I like the Lawrence brothers. Unfortunately this Hallmark TV movie seems to be very rare.

Rating 6-7 for this bedroom.

Grant Barker as main character in this ranch bedroom. Metal bed and blue wallpaper and sheets. Dog sharing the bed. He has an older sister but she has a room for her own (I think not shown).

Perfect ranch movie (rating 9 on my western blog, will soon be updated, also sonn on my overalls blog) and I have even bought it on DVD.

Some few bedroom scenes but nothing much more of interest. His mom visiting him.

For more infos see my other blogs.

Rating 5 for this bedroom.

There are 3 brothers, twins Mark and Willie, 12 yo in season 1 (played by Jeremy Licht and Luis Daniel Ponce) and their older brother played by 16 yo Jason Bateman.

Currently there’s only one episode on YouTube (Nightmare on Oak Street, s3e9) and I think all 3 brothers sharing one room. Jason later sitting on the left near the left bed watching to the left (over his right shoulder) and there’s the other 12 yo shown sleeping. At least 2 beds but I think 3, maybe the room constellation changed in later seasons.

Very interesting series (at least the early seasons) aka Valerie’s Family and “The Hogan Family”. Not officially on DVD but there are some expensive DVD-R offers. (Not sure about the image quality and seller quality). 6 seasons. I like the 80s.

Although I haven’t seen much, except that episode and some pics, I give rating 9 for now.

A single bed on the left and a red bunk bed on the right. Also one scene with a shirtless boy and a woman in one bed (end of the movie).

The main character is called Basile (11 yo Aurelien Wiik). There’s also a boy called Adrien and one other , probably older boy. Not sure if the others are brothers. I think Basile will be adopted. So maybe then 3 brothers.

My second entry in this series after “L’enfant sage”, rating 6. I also found one more movie (girl+boy), coming soon.

10 young kids, I think boys and girls in one large bed in the song “There Were Ten In A Bed” (episode “Play Along Songs”). Also other bedroom scenes (mainly girls).

Quite funny, but this is just a joke (like the Waltons parodies). There are other more realistic bedrooms (also see my bib overalls blog (rating 8), especially post “Story 44: Kidsongs 2).

There are 3 brothers (+a toddler). I found very few bedrooms scenes. There’s a red bunk bed in this big room (Tim, played by Mick Mulder I think sleeps in the top bunk) and Jelle (Dajo Hogeweg) in the lower bunk. Their older brother Erik (on left, 10 yo Matthijs van de Sande Bankhuyzen) maybe has a room for his own (?) or a separate bed in this room as well.

I used to watch this series in the 90s and I like it. Funny kids and plots but the 2 boys are very young.

I like bunk beds, but rating 4 only.

Also on my overalls blog, rating 4 (boy, girls)
