I finally found my tape and added this pic to it’s entry.
There were even much more kids in this bunk bed: 13. Many headshots. Kids are quite young ~8-10 yo.
Kids (boys and girls in pajamas and other nightwear) entering this rare bed, one at a time. Then they talk about one subject and their feelings. At the end there’s a pillow fight, also to the lower bunk, and a male voice says, that they should stop or he comes upstairs. Should be the dad?
Reality TV aka 19 Kids and Counting
–Year in film: 2000s
–Who in bedroom: 10 boys. 9 girls
–Kind of beds: bunk beds + single
–Available on DVD: no
–I own: no
–Comment: The Duggar family of Arkansas has (currently) 10 boys and 9 girls. Boys and girls each sharing one room.
The boys’ room has/had 4 bunk beds and 2 single beds. The pic 2 is from s10e9 (other location ?) and I thought there might be selfmade 3 story beds. I haven’t found better pics (showing all beds at once) and the bedrooms probably changed after each child. Pic 1 is from a room tour having fewer bunk beds. They also have a slide to a lower room.
I think only one bunk bed in the girls’ room. Some girls sharing one bed.
The series is also now shown on German TLC (starting from season 8).
The most boys in one room I previously had was 6 (and 5 girls).
I somehow don’t like much these rooms. They are more like halls or dorms. Most kids are also very young (in early seasons). But I have to recheck more episodes.
I think the 2nd largest family I have is 15 kids in La gran familia, then 13 kids in “Der Typ, 13 Kinder & Ich” and some with 12 kids. More kids only in dorms or at camp or hospital. I also have several kids sharing one single bed. And several boys and girls both sharing a room unlike here. There are also large families with some grown up kids. Update: 18 kids (including teens) in Yours, Mine & Ours.
